WEDDING WEEKEND EXPERIENCES
Coming to Kent Island for a wedding?
Gather the bridesmaids, family, or out-of-town guests for a creative afternoon together. Make jewelry, mosaics, keepsakes or another project chosen especially for your group.
It's a wonderful activity for bridal parties, showers, girls' gatherings or those open hours between wedding festivities.
kids’ CRAFTING birthday PARTIES
Birthdays aren't just for cake anymore.
Celebrate with a hands-on creative experience where everyone gets to make something wonderful and take it home.
Our kids crafting parties are available for ages 4+, with projects selected according to the age and interests of your group.
Choose from mosaics, wall art and a variety of seasonal and specialty projects.
Projects begin at $40 per child.
Minimum 6 participants.
Maximum group size depends upon the selected activity.
GIRLS' DAYS & LADIES NIGHT OUT
Grab your friends and come make something!
A Wye River Designs creative gathering is an easy way to turn an ordinary afternoon or evening into something completely different.
Craft. Talk. Laugh. Bring something to eat. Stay awhile.
Choose a project for everyone to make together, or ask us about options that allow guests to select their own projects.
Projects begin at $40 per person with a minimum of 6 participants.
TEENS, SCOUTS & YOUTH GROUPS
Give them something to do besides stare at their phones!
We offer creative experiences for teen gatherings, Scout troops, youth organizations and other groups. Projects can be selected for fun, gift-making or to complement badge and program activities.
Talk with us about your group and budget and we'll help you choose an appropriate project.

What can we make?
Lots of things!
Mosaics, jewelry, wall art, mixed-media projects and seasonal crafts are just the beginning. We can help you select one project for the entire group or discuss other options based on the type of gathering you're planning.
How long does an event last?
Most experiences run approximately 2–3 hours, depending upon the project and whether you're adding refreshments or other activities.
Some projects can easily be completed during one visit, while more involved projects, particularly certain mosaics, may require additional finishing time. We'll help you select something appropriate for your schedule.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. Talk with us when booking about refreshments and what you'd like to bring. We'll help you plan around your creative activity and the space available.
Can you create something specifically for our group?
Absolutely.
That's one of our favorite parts.
Tell us who's coming, what you're celebrating, how much time you have and what you'd like to spend. We'll help you put together a creative experience that feels like it was made just for your group.
